A commonly asked question: does honey really cures acne? Well, the answer is yes, it does. As you are all aware, honey has been used for medicine and multiple purposes since ages. Also, it is utilized in the making of various beauty products; ever wondered why? Because it is a golden constituent, a very common ingredient used in the making of face masks, as mentioned in numerous blog posts. However, I prefer to add the element peach in it, as alone cinnamon and honey can leave your skin a bit dry; peach neutralizes that effect. Your skin becomes soft, supple and glowing after its use. You can spot the difference even after using it for the first time. Peaches don’t just help in curing pimples, but also heal wrinkles and damaged skin. It is rich in proteins and vitamins, especially A, C and K, which are very healthy for skin.
If you are up for trying on a healthy honey and fruit mask, then you are at the right place. Given below is the recipe of some amazing face masks to treat acne, which are easy to make. Do try them at home.
Cinnamon, Peach And Honey Mask:

2. Apply an equal layer of it all over your face and neck.
3. Leave it on your face as it is for about 25 minutes.
4. After that, wash it off with Luke warm water, and pat your face dry.
Caution: prohibit the use of cinnamon in your mask of your pimples are popped or open.
Honey is available in several forms: raw, organic or all natural. However, my personal preference lies with organic honey. There are tones of honey masks which one can very conveniently try at home. You can perk up your masks by adding different fruits and ingredients in it, like aloe Vera, apricot, mango, and so much more. I choose to use papaya and apple as these two fruits are not only efficient in curing acne, but also help in diminishing the marks which pimples leave on your skin.
Honey, Papaya And Apple Mask:
- 1 slice papaya (mashed)
- Half apple (mashed)
- 1 tablespoon honey
Take half an apple and remove its seeds. You can then mash it using a fork or a blender. Now take this mashed apple, mashed papaya and a tablespoon of honey and place them in bowl. Mix the ingredients to form a thick, smooth mixture. Apply an even layer of this mixture on your face and neck, and let it stay there for half an hour. After 30 minutes, wash it off with warm water.
